One-Year Warranty Policy

At Bareeq Jewels, we stand behind the quality of our fashion jewelry. Eligible items are covered by a one-year limited warranty starting from the original date of purchase, as shown on the receipt or order confirmation.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers eligible manufacturing and product-quality issues, including:

  • Color fading or discoloration that occurs during normal use when the item has been properly cared for.
  • Loose or fallen stones caused by a manufacturing defect.
  • Defective clasps, closures, fastenings, or other components.
  • Structural defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship.

Color fading may qualify for warranty coverage only when the item has not been exposed to perfume, cologne, lotion, cosmetics, chemicals, water, or other substances that may damage the finish.

Color Warranty

If an eligible item loses its color within one year despite being used and cared for correctly, the customer may submit a warranty claim.

The color warranty does not apply when fading, discoloration, tarnishing, or surface damage is caused by contact with:

  • Perfume or cologne.
  • Lotion, cream, body oil, or moisturizer.
  • Makeup, hairspray, or other cosmetic products.
  • Hand sanitizer, alcohol, soap, or detergent.
  • Cleaning products, bleach, or other chemicals.
  • Water, showering, bathing, or excessive moisture.
  • Swimming-pool water, seawater, or chlorine.
  • Excessive perspiration or prolonged exposure to sweat.

Inspection and Testing

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment by Bareeq Jewels.

We may examine and test the item to identify signs of:

  • Perfume, lotion, cosmetic, or chemical exposure.
  • Water, moisture, chlorine, or saltwater damage.
  • Scratching, rubbing, impact, bending, or improper handling.
  • Damage to the coating or surface finish.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • A genuine manufacturing or coating defect.

The item may need to be returned to Bareeq Jewels for physical inspection before the claim can be approved.

The final decision will be based on the condition of the item and the results of our inspection and assessment.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage or color loss caused by perfume, cologne, lotion, oils, makeup, or cosmetics.
  • Damage caused by water, showering, bathing, swimming, chlorine, or seawater.
  • Damage caused by sanitizer, alcohol, soap, detergent, bleach, or chemicals.
  • Scratches, dents, bending, breaking, pulling, crushing, or accidental damage.
  • Damage caused by excessive friction or rubbing.
  • Damage caused by improper storage or cleaning.
  • Normal wear and tear not related to a manufacturing defect.
  • Lost items, lost stones, or missing parts.
  • Damage caused by repairs, alterations, or modifications performed by another person or business.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the care instructions.
  • Claims submitted after the one-year warranty period.
  • Items without valid proof of purchase.

Jewelry-Care Instructions

To protect the jewelry and maintain warranty eligibility:

  • Apply perfume, cologne, lotion, makeup, and hairspray before wearing the jewelry.
  • Allow all products to dry completely before putting the jewelry on.
  • Avoid spraying perfume or cologne directly onto the jewelry.
  • Remove jewelry before showering, bathing, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or cleaning.
  • Avoid contact with water, sweat, sanitizer, soap, detergents, and chemicals.
  • Wipe the item gently with a clean, dry, soft cloth after use.
  • Store each item separately in a dry jewelry pouch or box.
  • Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners, alcohol, polishing liquids, or abrasive cloths.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide:

  • The order number, receipt, or other valid proof of purchase.
  • Clear photos and videos showing the issue.
  • A description of when the issue started.
  • Information about how the item was used, cleaned, and stored.
  • Any additional information requested by Bareeq Jewels.

The customer may be required to return the item for inspection and testing.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee approval.

Approved Warranty Claims

When a warranty claim is approved, Bareeq Jewels may, depending on availability and the circumstances of the claim:

  • Replace the item with the same product.
  • Provide a comparable replacement of similar value.
  • Issue Bareeq Jewels store credit equal to the original amount paid for the affected item.

The remedy provided will be determined by Bareeq Jewels based on product availability and the results of the inspection.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.

Rejected Warranty Claims

A warranty claim may be rejected when inspection shows that the issue was caused by:

  • Perfume, cologne, lotion, cosmetics, oils, or chemicals.
  • Water, moisture, chlorine, seawater, or excessive sweat.
  • Physical damage, scratching, rubbing, bending, or impact.
  • Improper use, cleaning, handling, or storage.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Failure to follow the jewelry-care instructions.

When a claim is rejected after the item has been returned for inspection, the customer may be responsible for the cost of having the item returned.

Proof of Purchase

A valid Bareeq Jewels order number, receipt, or order confirmation is required for all warranty claims.

The warranty applies only to genuine products purchased directly from Bareeq Jewels or an authorized Bareeq Jewels sales channel.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase.

The purchase date will be determined using the receipt, order confirmation, or Bareeq Jewels order records.

Claims submitted after the one-year warranty period will not be covered.

Additional Terms

  • Replacement items and store credit are provided only for approved claims.
  • The warranty applies only to the affected item and does not cover other items in the same order.
  • Warranty remedies are based on the original amount paid for the affected item, excluding delivery fees and promotional discounts where applicable.
  • Bareeq Jewels reserves the right to request the return of the original item before providing a replacement or store credit.
  • This warranty does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
